Job Description

Halzak is partnering with a fast-growing social learning platform start-up used by over 170 countries globally. This mission-driven tech company delivers innovative solutions to complex challenges and is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their dynamic team.


The Opportunity

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, this role reports directly into the CTO. You will responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, development of new APIs, and contribute to the company's innovative product offerings. You will thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment where autonomy and impact are highly valued. The CTO is seeking a candidate who can help shift mindsets and drive change in the team's traditional ways of working, with a focus on increasing speed of delivery and efficiency.


Your Role

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-performance front-end and back-end components using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScriptBuild and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration with third-party services and databasesImplement best practices, enhance user experience, and optimise performanceExplore and integrate AI technologies to increase productivity and efficiencyPromote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team
