HR Compliance Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Compliance Manager to join our busy and very friendly HR team. Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing all compliance requirements within the HR Department.

The role will suit someone with experience of compliance related work, knowledge of UK employment law and demonstrable experience of its application. A strong attention to detail and time management, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise as necessary, are essential.

Salary Range: Competitive plus benefits

Hours: Full time hours are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Flexible options may also be considered for example, a term time option (plus a minimum of 6 weeks during school holidays); start and end times during the day; working from home during the holidays.
