Office based, Commutable from Salisbury, Southampton, Tidworth, Andover and surrounding areas
Are you from a CNC Setting, Operating or Programming background looking to break into a leadership role all whilst being heavily invested in through technical training in Fusion 360 all whilst having a great work life balance with optional overtime to boost your earnings?
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be heavily invested in through technical training courses, all whilst overseeing a small technical team and have the opportunity to further progress your career and increase your earnings within a reputable automotive expert.
This company have been established for over 25 years, have a low staff turnover where you will directly manage two specialists all whilst improving your expertise.
This role will suit a technically minded CNC setter operator and or programmer looking to progress their career in a days based role with further technical training.
The Role:
*Overseeing a Junior Setter and an experienced Programmer utilising a range of CNC machinery such as DMG, XYZ and Lasers
*Working in a days based position with optional 1.5x overtime
*Training in Fusion and further career progression
The Person:
*Previous CNC experience
*Looking to join a small close knit team
