I am working with a Financial planning practice who are searching for an enthusiastic IFA Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all client information is correctly recorded and updated on the system
  • Administration for all new clients
  • Booking meetings and assisting advisers with administration tasks
  • Dealing with any queries and questions
  • Processing of new business
  • Producing valuations and carrying out reviews
  • Ad-hoc duties

Your experience:

  • Experience as an IFA Administrator
  • Able to demonstrate a good understanding of Financial Planning products
