Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire credit control process
  • Managing the accounting and finance team
  • Ensuring financial compliance
  • Implementing financial policies and procedures
  • Producing monthly financial reports
  • Liaising with stakeholders and clients
  • Managing debt recovery
  • Training and developing team members

Profile

The successful candidate requires:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the accounting sector
  • Strong knowledge of credit control and debt management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software
