The role:

·        ICT Service Desk support to all ICT users, including the diagnosis, recording and resolution of faults across a diverse range of software and hardware products in both standalone and networked environments;

·        Microsoft administration, including management of Azure Active Directory and SharePoint sites;

·        The installation and configuration of ICT hardware and software in both standalone and networked environments;

 

What you need:

·        Degree in ICT/Computer Science AND 1 years relevant experience in an ICT support environment in the last 5 years

OR

·        HND/HNC in ICT/Computer Science AND 2 years relevant experience in an ICT support environment in the last 5 years
