As Senior Bid Writer you will be responsible for leading the development, editing and proofing of compliant, concise and compelling bid responses and tender submissions. You will work with clients to develop the value proposition and articulate the win themes and solution narrative. This role requires someone who is highly literate with excellent writing skills and project management abilities. You will be comfortable leading workshops and meetings, working with multi-faceted teams and challenging subject matter experts (SMEs) and question owners to help solution and develop responses that meet tender requirements.
Experience and Qualifications
At least three years’ proven experience of as a Bid Writer in a senior role on public procurements, preferably within the built environment (Essential)Strong academic background (degree level) in English Language or equivalentAPMP desirable (Foundation or Practitioner level)Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detailStrong project management skills and an ability to meet deadlinesKnowledge of bid and tender processes across a range of tender values, including projects that exceed £500m in valueProficient in MS word and collaborative tools (MS Teams, Miro, SharePoint and Monday.com)Package
