Your experience and leadership will be crucial in overseeing the implementation of racking and sprinkler systems. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a high-impact role, working alongside a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all site activities, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of the project.
- Demonstrate your expertise in racking and sprinkler systems, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Oversee a team of up to 50 individuals on-site, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Utilize your strong character to independently manage the project from day one, with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in principal contractor roles, particularly with racking and sprinkler systems.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certifications are essential.
- Ideal qualifications include NEBOSH, IOSH, and Level 7 Construction Management.
- A demonstrated track record of managing sites with a large workforce (up to 50 individuals).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
