Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring due diligence in food preparation, implementing efficient stock control and costing procedures, and consistently delivering outstanding dishes.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative menus with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients.
