The company is on a mission to empower kids aged 4-13 to express themselves, ace exams, write confidently, and fall in love with reading - all through the power of play. As a Scrum Master, you'll play a crucial role in empowering a team of artists, designers, writers, researchers, and marketers.

During your first few weeks in this Scrum Master role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

  • Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple teams
  • Coach team members on Scrum principles and agile best practices
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Leverage the company's ClickUp project management infrastructure to track sprints, backlogs, and team progress
  • Lead the adoption of time-saving processes across departments

The ideal Scrum Master candidate will be a certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification and have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on sprint management. Additional qualifications include:
  • Excellent knowledge of agile and Scrum frameworks
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for adopting and leveraging AI tools in project management processes
