Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive - Devon 

What's on offer?

What will you do? 

Manage a broad private client caseload to include: 

  • Estate Planning and Wills (including Inheritance Tax mitigation & Trusts)
  • Elderly client services, Lasting Powers of Attorney and basic Court of Protection work
  • Inherit a caseload from day one
  • If appropriate, advise on complex and high net worth matters – or progress onto this

What will you need? 

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • Private client experience
  • Ideally at least 2 or 3 years PQE
  • Those without a STEP qualification are encouraged to apply, as this is not essential at all – funding available for those who want to enrol
