This large hotel boasts 402 bedrooms & 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates. The hotel is popular for a variation of event and our facilities are available for wedding receptions. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Bar Supervisor onto our team

As Bar Supervisor, you will be required to:

Ensure the highest standards of service.Ensure customer satisfaction.Recruit, train and develop bar staff in line with current and future business requirements.Ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bar Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers. This position is available on a zero-hour contract
