Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:

CFD Engineer Automotive - 33/hr (Inside IR35) - Warwickshire (Hybrid potential) - 10 Months (potential to extend)

Division:
Vehicle Engineering

Position Description:
Aerodynamics Engineer to undertake Pre-KO and Pre-PS aerodynamic simulations (3D CFD) to support Design and Engineering deliver target compatible vehicle concepts for subsequent programme delivery.

Skills Required:
- Strong CFD background ideally using StarCCM+.
- Excellent fluid knowledge and understanding of vehicle flow structures.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

Experience Required:
- Degree level in an Engineering discipline such as Aeronuatics.
- Experience of vehicle aerodynamics and the passenger vehicle development process with a track record of building complex CFD models for Aerodynamic analysis.

Experience Preferred:
- Aerodynamics coupled with Thermal analyses.
- Passenger vehicle wind tunnel testing.
- Aeroacoustics and Water & Dirt Management.

Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Insdide IR35. Hybrid potential.
