We are taking applications from bright, ambitious students who will complete their A levels in the summer of 2024 and are looking for a career in real estate and/or rural land management.  On our five-year scheme you will achieve a BSc degree and qualify as a chartered surveyor, an internationally recognised professional qualification.

Salary:  a starting salary of £17,500 with annual increases in line with performance and a current starting salary for qualified chartered surveyors of £35k.  Performance related bonuses are paid to exceptional candidates.

We have partnered with universities offering RICS approved degrees in real estate where you will complete the equivalent of 6 hours per week ‘off the job training’ including attending university.  The rest of the working week will be spent at our offices, learning on the job.
