Registered Manager to lead a Children's Home

Your new role
In this role you will be:

  • A figurehead in supporting and guiding your team as the residents
  • Help provide the foundations to build life skills and help residents to become independent.
  • Ensure plans are being met in a safe, stable environment


What you'll need to succeed
If you have experience as a Registered Manager or are an experienced Deputy looking for your next career path, then this will be the perfect opportunity for you.
  • You will need a Level 5 qualification for Leadership and Management in CYP or you are working towards this.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written confirmation with good knowledge of childcare legislation
