Service Charge Accountant

Previous experience in the preparation of statutory and service charge accounts is essential. Knowledge of ARMA and RICS regulations.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good knowledge of ARMA and RICS regulationsExperience of client accounting software (TRAMPS) is desirableExperience of client accounting software (APB) would be an advantageHigh level of concentration, accuracy and attention to detail Self-motivated with a methodical and organised approach Able to effectively prioritise and multi-taskExcellent people and communication skills at all levelsDependable and flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Proactive and able to take responsibility for own work and assist othersWork well under pressureGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office packagesGood interpersonal and customer service skills
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
To prepare statutory and service charge accounts for residential & commercial propertiesTo upload service charge budgets based on agreed apportionments and totalsTo liaise with external auditors as part of the audit process from start to finishTo raise service charge invoices to tenants based on uploaded budgets
Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm
