As a leader at Coffi Lab you will contribute to our success through a pro-active and entrepreneurial management style working with and nurturing your team to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. You will be a passionate ambassador for Coffi Lab, championing our values to create a warm, safe environment. You will have the knowledge and experience to drive financial targets and maintain all Coffi Lab standards.

Support and training is offered every step of the way - our senior ops team have walked in your shoes and so are aware of the challenges. As a growing business, we love nothing more than to offer development opportunities to our teams and to see people flourish. We also want the work environment to be fun and so encourage competition and incentives. 

Our Store Managers work 5 days out of 7, taking on a combination of open and close shifts. Salaries are c£28k and our managers are paid overtime for every hour worked above contract hours. Our teams also receive a discount on Coffi Lab products as well as free drinks whilst on shift.

We are looking for someone to:

Successfully run a high volume & fast-paced store in line with Coffi Lab standards.

Deliver outstanding customer service.

Follow all operational processes and keep all relevant documentation up to date.

Hire and onboard all new store employees into the business.

Provide ongoing training & development to all team members using training materials provided. Ensure training is documented and kept on file.

Lead by example and promote the business in accordance with all training provided.

Show a clear understanding of your store budgets and strategically manage key financial metrics to ensure they are met.

Maintain optimum stock levels in order to achieve gross margin targets and manage the ordering process.

Plan rotas, schedule holidays and ensure they are correctly reflected on the system to support accurate reporting and payroll.

Ensure all Health and Safety compliance is followed.

Ideal candidates will need to:

Be a Leader. Through a dependable and kind approach to all things Coffi Lab our Store Managers support and develop their team.

Be heard. As Store Manager you will be continually communicating with your team, customers and colleagues in other departments. Excellent communication skills are needed to ensure that your message is understood.

Be a problem solver. Sometimes things go wrong, that’s unavoidable. Effective problem solving and decision making skills will be required.

Be proactive. Our Store Managers must be able to work under pressure, manage their time effectively, prioritising tasks and delegating as required.

Be efficient. Our Store Managers must be well organised and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Be clear. Must be proficient in using software packages such as Microsoft, EPOS and PDQ with strong verbal and written English language skills.
