48 Hours per week. Working any 5 days in a 7 day period, starting between 6am and 10am, however flexibility required to suit business needs.

Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company (CMBC) is one of the leading, historic brewers in the UK. Formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marston’s PLC, we combine over 300 years of shared values, history, and heritage in UK brewing.

 

We are now recruiting for a Driver’s Mate to join us on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role will be responsible for:

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supporting the driver and warehouse teams in loading/unloading of stock.
  • Supporting the driver with the most efficient traffic routes to help you both get to each location and back home as quickly and safely as possible.
  • Building brilliant working relationships with your customers and other departments.
  • Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes.

 

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Prior experience working as a driver’s mate, drayman or within a warehouse desirable however not required.
  • Customer service
  • Manual handling experience and/or training desirable, however full training will be provided during induction.
  • Knowledge of local region.
