What you'll be doing:

  • Submit or review licences, permits, exemptions or deployment applications in line with regulatory requirements for landspreading operations
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of sustainable organic waste solutions; keep team updated
  • Propose or review solutions for all types of organic waste recycling
  • Audit and assess operations for technical and H&S compliance; support team with training as required
  • Active participation in bids including technical writing
  • Business development activities including client development site visits and pricing
  • Represent the company in trade bodies as appropriate e.g. Water UK, BAS, REA etc
  • Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures



What we're looking for:

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage workload
  • Communication skills to accurately convey information and to engage with all parties to secure permit deployments/exemptions
  • Understanding and awareness of soil/plant nutrition
  • Experience of recycling organic wastes to land and alternative outlets - preferred
  • Knowledge of organic waste/sludge regulations - preferred
  • WAMITAB - Level 4 landspreading - preferred
  • FACTS qualified or similar - preferred
