In this role, we want you to bring:
Experience in a front-line customer-facing role. Experience within housing or lettings will be beneficial to help you hit the ground running but not essential, we are more interested in you being passionate about customer service

A positive attitude and a consistent, engaged team player. Proactive and able to prioritise and organise your workload
Supporting our prospective customers though the lettings journey, helping our customers to find the right home so they can thrive
Working in a high performing team to achieve KPIs and ensuring our homes are let fairly and transparently in line with our policies
Excellent IT skills, attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic
Your commitment to our DNA and be a great ambassador for Bromford.
