Junior Team Assistant - French Speaking

Salary:
£16.00 - £18.00 per hourAre you fluent in French and looking to fast-forward your Assistant career with a prestigious global investment bank?Our client is currently looking for a standout Junior Team Assistant to join their high performing and hardworking team on a temporary basis with the possibility of moving into a permanent position. This role is within the Investment Banking Division working with a group of supportive Assistants who will provide support and guidance as your establish yourself.If you have 6-12 months experience in an Assistant role looking after busy diaries and happy to work in an office 5 days a week, this could be the job for you Please do get in touchJunior Team Assistant

Responsibilities:
Diary and calendar management for bankers at Associate levelCoordinating and scheduling of meetings and con calls across multiple time zonesManaging high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate mannerCoordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locationsCoordinating travel arrangements, including visas applications, and flight, accommodation and car bookingsExpense management and preparationTaking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow Junior Team Assistant Essentials:Fluent in French and EnglishExcellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skillsAble to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks, often independentlyDemonstrates dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-taskDisplays a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, via Zoom and by email at various levelsDiscretion to deal with confidential business mattersFriendly, polite and approachable with a “can do, muck in” attitude If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
