Asset Surveyor

As an Asset Surveyor, you'll be at the helm of conducting stock condition and energy performance surveys, pinpointing properties ideal for retrofit projects. You will diligently manage the procurement and coordination of these works and collaborate with external partners to secure essential funding. Your role will also involve maintaining our Asset databases and GIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, and performing user acceptance testing within our databases. You will also Assist the Head of Assets in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new packages within the Asset systems and databases.
Hours of Work: 35 Hours, Fixed Term for 12 Months
Asset Surveyor Requirements:
Proven experience in surveying and a strong understanding of building procurement methodsDemonstrated project management skills, with a track record of delivering on time and within budgetGenuine interest in sustainability and the zero-carbon agendaDegree level qualification in a construction-related field or equivalent experienceProficiency in IT, particularly in MS applications and stock condition databasesDomestic energy assessor qualification (desirable but not essential)Genuine interest in working with databases, figures, reporting etc
