PMO Assistant - Remote

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Office Assistant to join our team This is a full time, permanent role working remotely with some occasional travel required.

The Position & Key Responsibilities

The Project Management Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our project management functions by assisting in project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organisation of project documentation which includes, project plans, schedules, status reports, & meeting minutes.
  • Provide Administrative Support to the wider customer operations team.
  • Assist in maintaining quality standards for project documentation and deliverables.
  • Auditing standards to ensure consistency and adherence to organisational guidelines.
  • Support the scheduling of internal and external resources.
  • Support internal report creation.
  • Deputise for the PMO Manager where required.
  • Support the Head of Service Management where required.

Person Specification

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL Framework
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Good understanding of PMO
  • Knowledge of HALO ITSM.
  • Prince2 Foundation and above
