The Finance Business Partner will be a critical link between the Accounting & Finance department and operations. This is a "true" business partnering role in that most of your time will be spent liaising with non-financial stakeholders to provide financial insight. This role has a strong commercial slant, and the successful candidate will work alongside operations to analyse costs, pricing, P&L to enhance profitability.

Description

  • Manage and lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Guide decision making with insightful financial analysis.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should be / have:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
  • Confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Understanding / exposure to costing / analysis
  • Relevant business partnering experience

Although not essential, prior experience using SAP would be highly advantageous.

Job Offer

  • Salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000
