Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced secondary school teacher for a South Birmingham based secondary school (B34 7HR). We are looking for a Music specialist teacher who would be available for a long term, interim teaching job from October 2024 (Or September 2024).

If you are an experienced secondary teacher, who has taught Music and are either available from October 2024 or thinking of reaching out to discuss new secondary teaching job opportunities in Birmingham, West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you. This secondary school-based teaching job is available to start from October 2024 on a full-time basis to cover a period of maternity leave. An earlier start date of September can be negotiated and the role is due to end around July 2025. The role is independent and therefore includes a TLR for Lead Teacher of Music. We gain official salary information from each setting to ensure you are paid to scale from day one and in line with your responsibilities. A relevant UK based teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Music in a UK school from KS3 to KS5
All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements. You will be provided with advice and guidance in relation to your requirements that respect your home and work life balance. You will work solely with your consultant throughout your registration journey and beyond, always having direct access to speak with them on a one-to-one basis.

Proposed start date: October 2024 (Or sooner)
Salary: M3 to UPS3 plus a TLR of £5,812 (Day rate equivalent, £200 to £270)
