The Role


This leading Top 30 firm is seeking a IP Partner 8+ years PQE to join their outstanding office in Plymouth.
In addition to driving our business forward, your role will entail collaborating with our colleagues in the USA. Alongside advancing our business objectives, you'll play a crucial part in nurturing the development of our team members. This involves providing coaching and mentoring support, and taking ownership of their career progression.
You will receive an outstanding support network which will give you a competitive edge in terms of gaining further exposure to high-quality work.

Requirements

You will be a qualified Solicitor with 8 + years PQEPrevious experience at a leading Legal 500 firm working at Partner levelHave an established client-baseYou will be organized and have strong business development skillsYou will have excellent client care and communication skills
