This 13-month maternity cover role, based in Gaydon, offers a competitive umbrella rate of £41.41/hour (inside IR35), and is your chance to contribute to the strategic purchasing decisions of a globally recognised brand. What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement market and sourcing strategies for designated commodities.
  • Lead global sourcing activities through to contract award, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Forge strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationships for strategic and programme alignment.
  • Conduct Supplier Business Reviews to ensure the effective deployment of Global Commodity Strategy.
  • Collaborate with Regional Delivery teams and specialists within the Purchasing Function for optimum value creation.
  • Represent the business both internally and externally, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

What You Will Bring:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent working experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in developing long-term purchasing strategies.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a complex, demanding environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional engagement.
