Requirement: -Good standard of education (5 GCSE or equivalent) -NVQ/QCF in Business Administration / Customer Care L2 or the ability to achieve. -Proficient in the use of ICT/Computers and supporting software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel. Demonstrable experience or qualification, ECDL. -Experience of working within a busy office environment and has the ability to deal with conflicting priorities and to deadlines.
