Central Bedfordshire College, are currently recruiting for a Lecturer (Teacher) of Animal Sciences at our Dunstable campus.
Lecturers at Central Bedfordshire College, play a pivotal role in the success of our students through the delivery of effective, up-to-date and stimulating learning opportunities, leading to success and progression for our learners. You will underpin your teaching activity with timely completion of all administration duties and professional development.
Ideal candidates will have experience of teaching Animal Science to students in an Further Education environment or have significant transferable industry skills, alongside the following qualifications:
- Recognised Teacher Qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS) or willingness to attain
- Degree level qualification in the subject area

The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.

- 18.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
- 45 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (pro rata)
