To our customers you'll be the face of TransPennine Express. We're a train operating company and you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service. You'll make sure each and every customer feels recognised and valued as an individual.  Due to our station opening hours you'll need to work some early mornings, late finishes and weekends covering a rota which is based on working an average of 35 hours per week.

You'll be part of our Customer Service team, who together positively impact on the customer experience to ensure TPE delivers a service to customers which is proactive and personable, engaging and professional.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

A passion and skill in delivering customer service excellence Has a friendly and approachable manor Is able to communicates clearly and confidently Enjoys dressing smartly and is able to represents FTPE with professionalism Confident in using Microsoft packages and leaning other computer based systems GCSE or equivalent qualification in Math's and English Ability to get to and from the Train Station without relying on rail service or public transport due to shift start times
