This role is crucial for driving the customer relationship management strategies and ensuring personalised and effective communication across all channels. Key Responsibilities in the position of CRM Analyst will include:
- Analyse customer data to develop insights and strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Manage and optimise the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and efficient campaign execution.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and other channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
