Join us as a Commercial Strategy Manager

  • You’ll be instrumental in driving growth for NatWest Boxed in the Commercial Strategy Team
  • You’ll be be playing an integral role in the design and the development of  Natwest Boxed’s commercial growth strategy
  • We’ll provide you with a platform to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and business partners, gaining exposure across NatWest Boxed and beyond

What you'll do

As a Commercial Strategy Manager , you’ll play a key role in ensuring high quality responses for strategic deals, shaping up our go-to-market strategy and supporting the effectiveness of our Sales teams.

You’ll also be:

  • Leading our responses to strategic opportunities by working cross functionally across NatWest Boxed and NatWest Group to ensure quality and timely submission of our proposals
  • Proposing and implementing ways to optimise our deal management process, working in close collaboration with Sales Operations and broader stakeholders
  • Conducting analyses and drive special projects to support the development of our go-to-market plans and/or client engagements
  • Promoting value selling and enable the sales team to sell our solutions effectively via the development of the required sales tools and collateral in collaboration with Marketing and Product

The skills you'll need

To excel in this role, you’ll have demonstrable experience in deal enablement, go-to-market strategy or strategy consulting roles within the Fintech or Financial Services sector and have curiosity and a keen interest to get into the details of complex Fintech / Banking As  Service (BaaS)  commercial models and products.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving and evolving environment
  • Experience of using Gsuite or similar tools such Word, Excel and Powerpoint
