Your pay rate as a full time Onsite Supervisor will be £12.50 per hourTypical hours/shifts as a full time Onsite Supervisor:

  • This role will mainly focus on PM shift 3pm to 11pm Mon to Thurs and Sun is 8am to 4pm. This could change due to business demand.
  • You must be available any 5 days from 7 days a week - Up to 40hrs a week
  • Must have own transport

Duties as an Onsite Supervisor

  • Dealing with colleagues via email and face to face
  • Monitoring and updating computer systems accordingly
  • Managing site tours and inductions for new candidates
  • Supporting with KPI reports and updating rota's
  • Building relationships with the client
  • Other admin duties may be required.
  • You will be required to conduct attendance, performance, safety and conduct management with our colleagues.

Our ideal candidate as an Onsite Supervisor

  • Able to get to the site. Own transport is a must due to location of the warehouse
  • Ouse effective communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good work ethic and positive attitude
  • Flexible with shift days and hours
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and able to meet very tight deadlines
  • Strong level of IT, administrative and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Computer literacy is essential
