Salary: 15,132 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8:30-17:00)
Contract: Part-Time, with potential for increased hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Bills of Materials for production
  • Raise works orders and purchase orders
  • Communicate with suppliers and chase order updates
  • Coordinate with departments for Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
  • Perform end-of-month data reporting and stock taking
  • Handle administrative tasks to support purchasing operations

Requirements:

  • Education to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Experience in a busy office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
