We are a firm of accountants looking for a Permanent Junior Administrator as an assistant to the Office Manager.

We are looking for somebody who is:

  • A good listener;
  • Can take instructions well;
  • Well organised;
  • Competent in the Microsoft office package.

Duties include - but not limited to:

  • Reception duties;
  • Filing/Scanning;
  • Letter writing;
  • Arranging appointments;
  • Adhoc admin duties.

Training will be given on internal programmes.

The position is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (with an hour unpaid lunch break).
