Job Title: Handyperson

A position has arisen for a Handyperson within a housing association in Greater Manchester. This is a key role on a temporary to permanent contract

The successful candidate must have experience in Caretaking or Maintenance 

Your duties will include:

  • Maintenance on void properties including basic joinery, plumbing, plastering and painting 
  • Building of furniture and changing locks  
  • Deep cleaning on void domestic properties
  • Mopping, sweeping and brushing

The successful candidate must have:

  • Driving Licence (van and fuel card provided)
  • Experience of Caretaking/Maintenance
