Proven experience leading a large team in a fast paced, multi department environment is essential Responsible and trust worthy Passion for retail, people and developing a career Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver Promote our values and our culture to internal and external parties Ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day Comply with all policies and procedures at all times Minimum 3 years of experience within luxury and premium retail at a senior management level Proven track record of internal progression and development  Must be able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines  Able to work a flexible schedule based on the company needs
