Turner Property Recruitment are pleased to be working alongside a medium sized, well-known firm of independent chartered surveyors and technical specialists who are the leading practice for rights of light and neighbourly matters. Our client has a team of over 130 people in offices in Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, London, Bristol and Dublin and have been established for over 30 years.

 

Due to continued growth our client has a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Measured Building Surveyor to join their dynamic, busy and growing team, with positions available in both Dublin and Manchester. This will be an exciting and fast paced role where the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in the expansion of my clientâs service in the area, supporting on site work, project delivery and growth of the service.

 

 

 

Duties will include

 

Delivering projects to specification and programme Completing land and building surveys to a high standard Using survey equipment in the field competently Having a strong knowledge of the survey methodology for use internally with her respective project teams Creating cloud prints Creating 2D drawings (Plans, Elevations, Sections, Tapos etc). Creating 3D models Supervise trainee surveyors and provide training where requited Regular liaison with internal departments such as the Daylight Department and Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters Department

 

 

Desired attributes

 

Previous experience working as a Land Surveyor (minimum 2 years) Experience carrying out land surveyors (Topographical and Boundary) Experience carrying out building surveys: Floor plans, Elevations, Sections etc Experience using surveying equipment including Theodolites, Total Stations, GNSS Experience using 3D scanners A good working knowledge of survey software: N4ce, Cyclone, Reg360 etc.
