We are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient service.

What will you be doing?

  • Greeting visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, making them feel valued and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Handling emails and enquires, providing accurate and helpful information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Checking in and out of visitors, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the security of the office.
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of events, such as meetings, seminars, and conferences.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with people at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

What do we offer?

  • Hourly rate of 11.44.
  • Temporary contract starting on August 12, 202, for approx 1 month minimum.
