We are currently seeking a Stock & Operations Supervisor who will report to the London City Manager as part of our dynamic team in London.

Your opportunity

You will be in charge of all the back office activities for the store in order to maximize process efficiency, ensure loss prevention and the best customer service.

How you will contribute

Inventory management

Ensuring BOH areas are always tidy and well organized rotating stock when necessary to create an efficient setup for the sales team

Monitoring and managing stock and client repairs and items out on consignment,

Managing and executing stock returns to warehouse, internal transfers and client shipments including import/export documentation,

Minimising stock loss by preventing negatives and crossovers, ensuring our product is protected from damage and putting procedures in place to prevent mis-management of stock by the team

Undertaking regular departmental stock counts and follow up investigation

Taking ownership of picking, packing and shipping Ecommerce orders including the management of returns

Store operations and maintenance

Daily floor checks and reporting of any maintenance and H&S issues or potential risks

Store maintenance management including supervision of contractors in store for regular services and reporting of any ad-hoc issues

Intruder and fire alarm testing in line with company policy

H&S monitoring and reporting including annual external audit

Environmental reporting to HQ

Management of Beverages and other store consumables

Who you are

In depth knowledge of the dynamics and priorities of a luxury retail store

Fluent spoken and written English

Flexible to work early mornings occasional late nights especially during Inventory and peak season

Able to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities

Independent and proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Exceptional planning and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail
