Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at this beautiful countryside venue. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, freshly prepared dishes, ensuring that every meal reflects the standards and charm of this unique location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring they meet high standards of presentation and taste.
  • Section Management: Take full responsibility for your section, ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Compliance: Follow all food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring proper storage, labelling, and dating of food stock in line with company policies and legislation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean and organized, and assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment.
  • Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency and quality.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a fresh food environment.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with good communication skills, capable of working well within a team.
