We're looking for a People Administrator to join us in Bradford on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to be extended.

Reporting to the Team Leader , you will deliver high quality, efficient and accurate administration service to employees and line managers for all activities associated with the employee lifecycle, through the application of policies and procedures within agreed performance levels and to comply with all statutory requirements.

What will you be doing?
Coordinate end to end employee lifecycle transactional processes, including collection and distribution of incoming post, mail merges, data subject access requests, loyalty awards, letters relating to income protection, in life and after care of employee screening, referencing, annual visa checks. Administer changes to individual's terms and conditions and process Reward/Benefit schemes. Maintain team and customer relationships through advice, support and continuous improvement, providing a great experience first time, every time. Ensure all corporate policies, standards and agreed Customer Service processes are adhered to by all staff, rectifying any non-conformances as appropriate and updated where necessary. Contribute towards the overall Liberty Global Shared Service Centre strategy, with a view to identifying means of improving performance. Assist in reviewing business processes as necessary. Essential
Working towards a CIPD or relevant HR / Administrative experience. An understanding of the HR employee lifecycle. Strong telephone and email communication skills, capable of delivering advice guidance. Desirable Experience of providing relevant advice on policy and process to Line Managers and employees desirable Experience of delivering customer service targets within a complex environment Able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office products and the application of HR systems and workflow management.
