TERM TIME ONY- MONDAY TO FRIDAY

37.5 HOURS PER WEEK Key responsibilities

Responsible for all washing up and disposal of waste. On occasions responsible for some aspects of food service to customers Expected to complete duties in the kitchen and service areas as directed that are necessary to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided Required to clean, wash, dry and polish all kitchen equipment and service items by hand or machine in an efficient manner. Able to transport all food items, cleaning materials and laundry from the delivery area to kitchen store-rooms and to kitchen preparation areas as required Asked to maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers at the relevant site.
