We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Producer to lead the development of an exciting and innovative fashion-centered mobile game. As the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the game's overall development in line with the creative direction and vision. You will Lead the game to success by shaping teams, fostering innovation, and delivering an engaging player experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a cutting-edge mobile game and make a significant impact on the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Roadmap and Budget: Take ownership of the game's product roadmap and budget. Lead the planning and execution of the development process, coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality game development and meet milestone deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Development and Production Management: Lead the game's development and production journey from concept to launch. Act as a communication conduit between different development teams, ensuring a clear and unified vision throughout the production process.
  • Creative Direction and Production: Oversee the game's creative direction and production process, ensuring that the creative vision remains coherent and that the creative production team adheres to the schedule.
  • Game Design and Monetization: Create engaging core game loops, mechanics, and features that align with the fashion theme and incorporate strong monetization elements, maximizing player engagement and revenue opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvements: Continuously analyze game performance metrics and player feedback, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement, retention, and overall player experience.
  • Technical and Design Requirements: Ensure that all game updates and improvements meet technical and design requirements, delivering a seamless and polished gaming experience.
  • Issue and Risk Management: Identify and track development and operational issues and risks, proactively overcoming roadblocks to maintain progress and deliverables.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Drive innovation and creativity in game development, staying abreast of industry trends, and pushing boundaries to keep Fashion League at the forefront of the gaming industry.
  • Development Culture: Foster a development culture that values continuous feedback, support, and empowerment. Regularly evaluate and iterate on processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Engagement with Stakeholders: Participate in pitching to potential VCs, attending meetings, calls, and events with investors, partners, and industry counterparts to present updates and answer questions about the game's progress.
  • Business Objectives and Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop a strategy to achieve them, aligning the game's development with the company's broader goals.
  • Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and accountability for meeting project goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Producer or similar role in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of game development processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, player preferences, and monetization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a keen eye for creative detail.
