We're looking for a BREAM Assessor to join our Devonport Docks team based in Plymouth, Devon 

Location: Devon, Plymouth

Contract: Permanent, full time, subsistence packages available for those further afield happy to travel / relocate 

 

Responsibilities

The BREAM Assessor will lead and coordinate work across the Devonport framework to develop, design, provide operational control, construction oversight, and commission projects associated with delivering DREAM and BREAM Infrastructure at Devonport Dockyard

 

What will your day to day will include as a BREAM Assessor?

  • Work with the design, procurement and wider construction teams to identify and implement project DREAM and BREAM Infrastructure requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of DREAM and BREAM Infrastructure Requirements in line with BREAM Infrastructure and PAS2080 compliance.
  • Present accurate material quantities e.g., fuel, waste, transport and materials under KBJV's control.

 

What are we looking for?

This role of BREAM Assessor is great for you if you:

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, or equivalent subject relating to carbon management in the built environment.
  • Experience in embodied carbon modelling ideally related to BREAM Infrastructure and PAS2080 compliance.
  • Competent in data analysis.
  • The ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
