Description

Are you an IT Technician looking to develop your personal and technical skills? Do you want to work in a mixed and varied environment at one of the industry's largest and most successful MMO developers?

The role is based in the Internal IT Department. Your purpose is to own and manage helpdesk tickets and project requests whilst being an active member of the IT Department. You will also help assist with any other IT tasks when required.

This a real opportunity for someone that has the desire to develop in other areas across the department, from Security and Cloud initiatives, to continuous improvements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
  • Own take responsibility for helpdesk tickets ensuring end users are updated with progress and notes are updated to reflect the current status
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues until resolution or managed to conclusion before escalation
  • Take responsibility and ownership of project work.
  • Ensure any SLA's or OLA's are adhered to
  • Working with PC, mobile, Tablet & Mac


What we're looking for:
  • A customer service focus, with an excellent ability to handle customers effectively
  • Experience in a similar support environment
  • Experience of Active Directory, Azure, Office365, Windows Defender
  • Familiarity with tools, such as EndPoint/inTune or JAMF or imaging processes
