The People Team are hiring

This is an office based role, Monday to Friday in our Epsom clubhouse 5 days per week with occasional travel to Pall Mall, London.

Purpose of the role:

80% of time will be spent supporting the L&D team in delivering the L&D strategy and 20% of time will be spent supporting the Recruitment team ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and seamless recruitment and onboarding process, while supporting hiring managers.

Actively contribute to reducing our environmental impact, improving our operational efficiency and continuing to build our reputation.

Responsibilities:

Administration of LMS system Coordination of training events and managing L&D calendar Managing course and delegate evaluations and feedback Assist with producing training material Responsible for raising purchase orders on the system and managing spend tracker Supporting with administration of appraisals and mid-term reviews Processing new and existing vacancy applications Assist and support the team with the onboarding process for new starters Contributing to social media projects Attend internal and external recruitment events and job fairs
