Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality advice and practical employment support to help customers access training, work placements, and sustainable employment opportunities. What we're looking for:

Someone with a passion for coaching and be excited to support customers Proven experience in delivering professional advice, guidance, and employment support service, with good knowledge of the local labour market Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Strong ability to manage data quality and identify issues effectively.
