A top, well-established city firm is seeking a senior employment lawyer to join their growing, top-ranked employment practice and work alongside the Legal 500-ranked partner who leads the employment practice. This role offers significant growth potential, allowing the successful candidate to build a strong client portfolio and contribute to the firm's expanding team.

The firm boasts a strong reputation for handling high-value claimant work for High-Net-Worth Clients, including senior executives and businesses. As an associate, you will have the chance to work on standalone employment disputes and provide advisory services across diverse sectors such as financial services, technology, and sports. The firm has a great culture, and prospects are excellent for an ambitious senior associate.

As a senior employment lawyer, you should have upwards of five years' PQE gained within a city law firm and be comfortable handling all aspects of employment law, with a particular emphasis on shaping and advising on workforce aspects of corporate deals, outsourcing, and restructuring. You will also be expected to lead or co-lead transactions and projects, collaborating closely with their Corporate and Commercial team.

They place significant emphasis on training and development, and not only will the work be focused on the UK domestic market, but you'll also have international opportunities. This opportunity will suit an ambitious, proactive associate who is keen for client involvement. If you have upwards of 5 PQE with strong employment experience and are looking to work in a highly established top 30 firm – we would love to hear from you.
