The Role: You will be joining a professional and ambitious team that is made up of Insolvency Practitioners and qualified Chartered Accountants. The team also has CPI qualified professionals and trainees. Upon joining the firm, you will also be offered the opportunity of further study and formal qualifications. Provide accounting and other support in the Business Recovery and Insolvency department. You will work on both solvent and insolvent company liquidations and other types of insolvency advice and appointments. You will provide bookkeeping services, including the recording of income and expenditure, matching transactions to bank statements, summarising expenditure types. Deliver reports and returns, including recording information for VAT and business tax returns and assistance with the preparation of annual reports to shareholders and creditors. This will include cashiering, case administration and liaison with stakeholders in person, email and phone. Requirements: Ideally you will have experience in Insolvency but those with accounting experience will also be considered.
